PRICE PAID: $0.00 - $10.99; COMMISSION PAYOUT: $0.50/item.
PRICE PAID: $11.00 - $20.99; COMMISSION PAYOUT: $1.50/item.
PRICE PAID: $21.00 - $40.99; COMMISSION PAYOUT: $2.00/item.
PRICE PAID: $41.00 - $60.99; COMMISSION PAYOUT: $2.75/item.
PRICE PAID: $61.00 - $80.99; COMMISSION PAYOUT: $3.75/item.
